I pressure wash my garage floor once a week and there’s no water damage to my walls, product works great

I had leakage from the outside wall to inside wall (garage) of my house. The house is 23 years old and we're in Florida. My handyman pressure cleaned the outside wall (removed moldy gunk), then put clear acrylic caulking along the edge of the outside wall. Let it dry, then used this Rainguard Sealer along the outside and inside walls. (very important to use the one made for painted surfaces if it's been painted!!). We just had a hurricane with tons of rain... no leaks into the garage! Hooray! This product does work. Important to purchase the correct one (painted versus unpainted) and to let the products dry before applying the next step.

I sealed some acrylic paint on an outside concrete statue....the paint was bubbling up when it rained..I sprayed it with 3 coats of this sealer....the water beads up now...no bubbles anymore....Ill give it additional coats periodically....so far so good..

I painted some 8x6 fence and I used this to seal the deal. It was easy to use and seemed to make the colors more vibrant. I am hoping that this will help the fence last longer but only time will tell!

The product had a consistency of curdled milk or cottage cheese. Could not get the solids to dissolve with any amount of shaking. I would put it through a paint strainer but all I'd be left with is liquids and no protective solids.

Easy to apply.I can't tell you how well it protects , it's been less than a week since application.

I used this on our porch fence (the horizontal parts of the painted wood) that is ruined every year from water sitting on it. I applied two coats of this by spraying it on and spreading it around with a rubber glove and left it pooling on surface to soak in and dry between coats. I tested it and the water pooled on surface and so far it looks like my paint is finally holding up to the weather. Just because it is runny like water, does not mean it is not doing what it was meant to do. I am happy with it and plan to use it in other areas that keep getting damaged by water.
