The quality of the shoes was not good. I feel that these shoes are to be used for a short time and they seem like a disposable shoe. Not comfortable. How can I get my money back . These are very cute & pretty comfy to wear. They are a bit stiff & can sometimes bother my bunion but overall a good shoe

Definitely not an option for anyone who has balance issues. I can wear them outside on pavement or dry cement, but an icy or wet surface, or carpet or slippery flooring is potentially unsafe in my opinion. As other reviews have noted, the velcro strap is exactly the right length for a person with a "normal" instep, but would has no leeway for a person with a taller than normal instep. I like the fit, the arch support is comfortable, and the toe room is ideal for my million mile feet.

Too long

I'm a true 6.5 size but because I have wide feet I sometimes buy size 7. Since mary janes are great for wide feet and based on the description and other reviews, I ordered a 6.5. Sadly it's too big. For the first time ever I see a 6.5 that is too big. These are cute and seems very comfortable but because the size is off I'll be sending it back.
