The media could not be loaded. Viltrox continues to prove themselves as a really solid third-party alternative and their Canon EF - EF M Adapter is no exception. The adapter allows you to use all of your Canon EF and EF-S lenses on your Canon M series cameras. (Canon M6, Canon M100, Canon M50, etc.) and it does so quite well, actually. I’ve been testing this the past few days along with Canon’s own adapter and the results are genuinely impressive. Not only does the Viltrox version auto-expose as well as the Canon version, it autofocuses pretty well too. Viltrox supports Canon’s dual pixel autofocus and they’ve done a good job. For anyone who’s interested I’ve been filming all of my footage with a Canon EF 50mm f1.4 and a Canon EF 85mm f1.8 on a Canon M6 and the results have been great. Genuinely impressive for an adapter that only costs $39. The Viltrox EF - EF M Adapter is definitely worth checking out.

Works great. I put this on my Canon M50 MK2 and then added an EF mount 70-300 lens. Great pictures without a glitch. This seems to be money well spent.

The media could not be loaded. It works good. But I didn’t liked how the paint of the adapter looks, it looks crusty. Also, the connecting teeth were kinda dirty. Despite the box was all closed and in good condition. Is this an fabric error?

I purchased this to use a set of older Nikon AF Nikkor lenses with my Sony A7R II. The physical connection fits well, and for all-manual focus the adapter is fine. However, I cannot get autofocus to work. The Sony does not recognize that anything is attached, after multiple tries and with multiple different lenses.Attempting to upgrade the firmware was no help. According to the pictures on Viltrox's guide, there should be multiple files showing up in the adapter. These include the firmware itself, as well as a text file to track version numbers. None of these show up in my adapters' files. When I open the adapter drive, it is completely blank. Trying to add the firmware file shows that the firmware is copied, but then it forcibly reloads the folder and it is blank again. At this point the adapter is a $176 "dumb adapter" that I will likely be returning.

This is a very handy adapter so that you can keep using Canon EF lenses on a Canon M. Autofocus still works and it is seamless and unnoticeable.

Comprato per utilizzarlo con la Nikon Z6 e obbiettivo Sigma Art 24-105 ... accoppiamento perfetto obbiettivo letto senza problemi , direi anche abbastanza veloce nella messa a fuoco... che dire , costa la metà e funziona perfettamente sino ad oggi , eventualmente nel prossimo futuro se riscontro dei bug aggiornerò la ia recensione .
