RB43071 - Abri-Form XL4 Premium Adult Brief X-Large 43-67

I currently use Egosan Adult Incontinence Diaper Briefs with 8 Hours of Protection X-Dry Technology which hold my urine well up to 12 hours when I have to wait for a diaper change. However, despite holding my urine they can become uncomfortable WITHIN HOURS when the tags slips and rubs on my skin. I REALLY HOPED THIS COULD BE A USABLE ALTERNATIVE BUT THEY LEAKED BY 2AM AND I LAYED IN WET BEDDING UNTIL MY AIDE HELPED ME IN THE MORNING. Both the Ergosan and these are expensive I have tried 5 different types of diapers trying to find the right on for me and sadly this one isn't it. I did not know it would leak until I tried it; cannot return it because it is open.

Sturdy, super absorbent and available many sizes. Expensive compared to other brands but well worth the comfort to my husband and to those of us that have to deal with the mess of adult incontinence. Many other less expensive brands I've tried are not able to absorb the amount of urine adults output or hold a normal bowel movement and easily tear when taking on of off. You only use them during night time if you need to budget. It's well worth the price to me not to have to deal with accidents all the time.

Excellent product. Very absorbent. Great for overnight use lasts about 8 to 10 hours.
