minus and plus buttons not working
Arrived on same day. I'm confused why the minus and plus on mic doesn't alter volume? I tried with google play, YouTube and while on a call. The play pause button works but the other 2 buttons don't work. I had ordered two - one for me and a friend and same issue with both. I feel disappointed as delivery was fast and it all looked good. Now I have to return. I have given stars based on fast delivery and look of product but I'm still unhappy.

Mic doesn’t work neither does volume buttons. No option to contact seller to get replacement sent either. Not happy and returning item

Look great, good build quality
Look great, good build quality. Sound quality is very good. Microphone works well. Can get a little uncomfortable when in ears for longer periods. >50min.Overall very happy.
