Like many other supplements, this is a 2 capsule per day dose. I would prefer only one capsule per day to minimize intake, but it's not a deal breaker. The capsules are smaller than some that I have and they are easy to take without an aftertaste. Overall, a good product if you are looking for these ingredients to supplement.

This product sounds great and has a array of good vitamins I am familiar with.They really should include more information, however, in the Supplement Facts about the "Liver Blend" and what it consists of.

This product has a decent nutrient profile for liver support. It does not have any of the fillers and binders that you see in many other supplements (like magnesium stearate...), which I like. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.

I got this for my mom, and that ingredient doesn’t bother her, but it’s not something I personally would consume. Otherwise pretty clean.

I'm not sure if this works, but it's just 1 capsule/twice a day. Simple ingredients. It's currently $34.95.

These are a pretty good natural digestion support multivitamin that I use with my Glucosamine Chondroitin supplement, Work well with no flavor/odor. The capsules are smooth to swallow and have no flavor. They work well with my other supplements to relieve my joint pain & increase my overall wellness. I am happy with them.
