BUYER BEWARE!!! Poorest quality products
If I could give zero stars, I would. I received a supposedly new Dell laptop from this vendor. The problem was that the lcd screen has the keyboard keys burned into the lcd. When trying to return they want to charge 20% restock fee plus have you pay return shipping. What a ripoff. An lcd screen replacement is $300 minimum. This was supposed to be a brand new laptop but it's obviously not brand new. Buyer beware of this company for anything they sell. I included a couple of pictures for review. So disappointing that I won't ever consider trusting Amazon anymore either.1/10/24 Update for customers: NOT ONLY COULD THEY CHARGE YOU A 20% RESTOCK FEE, THEY DID CHARGE THAT FEE FOR SELLING A DAMAGED LCD SCREEN. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED FOR THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUALITY CONTROL OF PRODUCTS AND THEIR BLATENT DISRESPECT FOR A CUSTOMER WITH THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. Thank goodness Amazon will at least challenge them on this fee. Here's to hoping Amazon will hold them accountable for this issue.

Great computing power for the $
The fact it was a pro for business use and the system understood home computers can’t do business software and directed me to this model. This saved me from having to return it.

Not the case design is old but those inside
Impressed by the price with 64 GB of RAM, 2 TB of SSD, i7-1355U and Win 11 Pro; frustrated by the USB ports and can't believe the type C can't be used to power the laptop. Light and durable because it is just so plastic. Screen is disappointing but anyway, it's just a work notebook ideal for office stuff.

Good laptop but my sound card is not working
The laptop has been working great for me but I just realized that it has no sound. I ran the diagnostic routine and went through the Get Help assistant but it couldn't fix it even though it did look for updated drivers. The battery has only ever lasted 2 - 3 hours when I am working but that is not a big problem. The sound card isn't really a huge problem since I have another laptop and another computer that I can use. Other than that, this has been a great work computer and the problems I do have don't stop my productivity for work. It just irks me for my private use.
