Not at all disappointed with the feel, look, and handling of this luggage set! However, the Seller states that the set comes with a clear protective cover for both the 26’ & 20’ pieces, unfortunately for me, the 20’ piece did not include in the package. The worse part is, there’s no way to contact the Seller directly, I’m bummed out for sure. My trip is planned and it would have been nice to get what I paid for. Not cool. Not cool at all.

This is an absolutely beautiful set of luggage!! I hesitated to purchase but am so glad I decided to buy them!! I also had a wonderful experience dealing with customer service over a small issue!! All is good!! A+++ seller!! THANK YOU!!

So girly, love this set, beautiful and functional. The large case has plenty of room for at least a five day journey even if you’re a poor packer.

Wish quality was better at this price point.Also read the instructions very carefully and still was unsuccessful in setting a code and am basics SOL on from that aspect. It’s still super cute and durable-just don’t think I’d pay this price point for the product if given a second chance.

I bought these for my wife and she and I absolutely love them. They are very classy and retro, just the look we where looking for.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this set for my daughter this fall, and she first used them on a Christmas trip we went on at a resort in Gatlinburg. The attached video was taken at the very END of that trip, after they had been out through it and proven themselves. They still look clean and brand new even through several not-so-gentle uses thus far.She is absolutely enthralled by the set and we are both quite impressed by the high quality and details that went into these.I was nervous about potential scuffs that could happen during travels, but they didn't scuff up even though I noticed her slide them into the back of the car, stack items on top of them, as well as there being general antics with luggage carts.The handles slide easily and lock into place as they should. The snap locks work exactly as designed and the wheels roll very smoothly. There is no bumping and they roll straight. My daughter rolled these everywhere from a gravel path to a driveway to a parking lot, tiled floors, carpeted floors and wood flooring as well.Everything on these seems to be well made, high quality - true craftsmanship. We are VERY pleased. I'm ready to order a second set for myself after seeing her with these!

I'm in love with it. A little on the smaller side than what it looks like on the pictures but so worth it.
