The media could not be loaded. Love the idea of this sink however the waterfall feature constantly drips. The faucet is very cheaply made. I had such high hopes for this product and I'm terribly disappointed. For as much as I paid I would expect better. Installation was a nightmare as well.

Difficult to install, but worth it even though not black
The reviews are correct. The directions are terrible. There's one spot in trouble shooting that even says something to the effect of, "Assemble factory please kiss." However with some adapters and plumbing savvy it works. I figured I'd post a few items to see if it helps someone else who really wants this sink before it's designed for US plumbing. The main item to post that can't be fixed is the sink is not black. I scoured for the right size in black and still got grey, so just find the cheapest. We did need different valves on the wall for the sink. If you can shut off your main line, you can do it.We did need to use our previous sink drain to get the disposal on, which means the knob to open and close the drain didn't connect. We were okay with that. The additional sink hole to the right is where we put the cup rinser, which actually works better then the last cup rinser we had on a farmhouse sink because the water drains completely in the sink.We didn't use the water purifier spout. We don't have an under sink water purifier and needed a hole for the air gap. We put that one over to the left side closest to the dishwasher. We got a soap dispenser to go in the middle hole. I don't even remember what was supposed to go there that we didn't use. Most the under sink drain items we didn't use. They looked too cheap to me anyway. We did use the assemble for the overflow to the right. It wouldn't route into the drain with the disposal though so it actually routes into a gallon water bottle right now. It had to be installed from underneath with one of us attaching seeing the hole and the other holding it up for the screw. It can't be attached prior to putting in the sink or it gets in the way. The screw it attaches with is not the most aesthetic so we'll swap that out eventually. Some splitter valves were needed, but I'm happy I have the hot water going to the cup rinser instead of cold. The sprayer was really strong and water splashes back, so the water pressure isn't on all the way. It's still plenty for the cup rinser and the sprayer has three settings, a flow, a spiral, and a flat spray that has plenty of power. The berry rinser isn't as strong as I would like though with less water pressure, so I turn the strainer around once to get the other side. The cutting board is great. Sturdy and big enough to cut a personal watermelon with all the juice going into the sink.I actually have used the little sink to soak veggies as I chop. I was surprised it was useful.Hmmm... I think that's it. Overall, even though it doesn't match and the directions are worhless, I'm glad we put the effort in to make it work. It's a definite upgrade from my farmhouse and makes a statement.

Looks great if you don't mind a constant leaky faucet or waterfall
The one I received would not stop leaking either out the faucet or the waterfall. It is a poor design for a faucet combo - you turn the faucet on by turning the knob to the left and the waterfall on by turning to the right. In the middle only shuts off one or the other...always leaking. The worst part is that after you spend all of the time to install it, you have something you have to pull out completely and replace. Hopefully you can find something that will fit the same hole in the counter, otherwise you have to replace the counter. Some of the under-sink connectors are not standard U.S. type, but you can get adapters to convert them to fix - plan on paying an extra $30 or 40 for this. The quality of the actual sink and accessories are very good though. If it had a different faucet, or if you buy a different faucet to replace faucet and waterfall, it would be a good product.

This is a very inferior product. It had no clear detailed instructions. It is very difficult to assemble. We had to buy a lot of extras to get it functional. Still cannot use the drain mechanism. Will never buy from this site again.
