This is exactly what I needed to hang up Christmas decor where I can't reach, then take it back down. It's super easy.

Broke a clip on the first day. Got a replacement of same one. The two clips at the folding points are crap. Break easily. Probably not a good long term tool.

Feels very sturdy and is easy to fold and unfold. Picks up even small items

Both clips broke less than a week after we got it. It's not sturdy enough to use the shoe horn or pick up a thick book.

I dropper a paper plate (empty) used this grabber once. Now it won't pick up anything else. It sits on the shelf

This extra-long grabber reacher tool is without a doubt the best one I've ever used. It is superior in many ways - the magnet at the tip is great, the rubber grips inside the jaws are solidly ridged and grip well, the fact that it folds up into a third of its length is nice, the jaws are rotatable but lock back firmly into place, and finally, the handy shoehorn built into the handle is a welcome addition too - I've had to buy grabbers and shoehorns separately in the past for elderly family members, but this one does the job of both. It is sturdy, the jaws are more than capable of holding onto heavier items, and the trigger pull is large and easy to operate. This grabber tool will get a lot of use around our house. Great quality, good price.
