do not be guided by the measurements on this chart. I was guided by the measurements guided by their chart. i am 170lbs. I ordered 4 XL. it was so big that 2 people could have entered the suit at the same time. I chose to send it back by collection by Royal. they collected it the next day. what is annoying is that I have not received any email from Royal or amazon for confirmation or with any update about the returned package. I got in touch with "customer services", I explained the problem to them and asked about the process of the returned package. they passed me from one to the other 3 times. they told me that the package is on the way and they can't do anything. after the parcel reaches them, only then will they return my money in 5-7 days or more. to buy after amazon started to be a headache. I would rather take my time to go to a store than mess with amazon. I needed this suit and wanted to buy the smaller size. the seller should rectify that chart which is totally wrong! if you want to waste some time and feel like getting angry, I recommend you buy it!

Very good quality. Very faint oder in the jacket but not noticeable. Gone after washing. Comfortable fit. Not tight at all. Kept me warm while taking my first power walk in it. Note, I layer up underneath to keep the sit from sticking to my skin.For reference, I'm 179 pounds and5'5".

I read the reviews before purchasing. Though I was hesitant because of the smell i purchased anyway. Let’s just say I’ll be ordering another suit. It actually works as well.

I'm happy that I ordered my regular size large and didn't follow their size chart because it shows I would have been a 4XL and never in life have I worn anything close to that size . To put it into perspective I'm 5'5 and weigh 175lbs and the Large fits fine with room. The suit itself seems to be decent quality and will have you sweating. I'm a newbie to this so it's recommended to wear it for 5-10 minutes during workout then gradually increase.

This product is excellent. The hood fits the head, snug, allowing you to sweat even more the only issue it runs small so if you were extra large, you would have to get the XXL has in her pockets as well so keep your cell phone wallet if needed if you’re going to wear it outside Overall an excellent product

From the perspective of a 5'2 and 189 pounds person, a 2xL was on point. Am glad I didn't follow their suggestion sizeI also didn't like the fact that came with a unpleasant smell 😕 😐 like fish 🐟
