Stress Away Leather Recliner Swivel Chair 360° Rotation with Foot Stool (Camel)

This product was ordered and the item was not fit for purpose, My wife is Disabled and suffers chronic back pain. we bought the item. in good faith but that faith excuse the pun has been broken, the chair when my wife sat on it collapsed and my wife fell on the floor, She is a disabled person, who suffers from chronic pain in her back and as done for some years she is 70 years of age. on reporting this and taking pictures of the chair Clifford James's replay was it looks like some weight had been put on the of the chair there also seem to be cracks in the other legs of the chair, their reply was they will send a replacement leg, my wife is not a heavy person she is only 10 st 5lbs and has found this to be an insult to myself and my wife. and were in the advert do's it say you have to be a certain weight it doesn't show anything, and has Clifford James knows word of mouth Travels afar. this is disgusting, we have asked for a full refund and is taking up room in Urgently required in a house of two disabled people, myself and my wife, very dissatisfied customers

Nice chair, easy to assemble and good value for money. My only niggle is with the bad rest. I would liked to have had it a little more upright.

Nice to be able to lie back and relax, especially now.

The feet on this chair snapped in half after 2 days, waste of money, totally disappointed had to use feet from footstool to fix as I don’t think I can return as I took all packaging to the tip, cant find anyway on amazon to contact them to resolve this

Very good value for money

The media could not be loaded.  Probably my worst Amazon purchase in 18 years.Ordered 2 of these. Only 1 arrived. The one that did arrive had a faulty recliner lock so the chair was extremely floppy and tilts fully back as soon as you sit on it. No matter how tightly you tighten thr locking knob, the chair continues to be floppy.Have to say Clifford James were very good except the first guy I spoke to said it was the first time he'd ever heard of this, despite not knowing which model of chair it was - so presume he thought I was making it up. Phone call then terminated so had to ring again. Lady first listened to my complaint and then stated the back rest couldn't be locked in position as though I had been stupid for the second time that day. The manual clearly states it can! Therefore she said it would have to be returned to base for testing. Disappointing. We therefore decided to cancel our order and buy elsewhere.

Early days yet, but chair is very comfy, and great for watching TV, good price as well.

Legs are spliting only been using for over a week. Was prepared to take replacements but no response
