This works great at healing leaky gut!This supplement has a little bit of Inulin (prebiotic fiber) in it which is great but I would recommend taking more. I take 4 grams of Inulin daily which ensures the good bacteria from this supplement are very well fed and it keeps me feeling full all day long (I put it in my water bottle, mixes well).

I've been making my own yogurt using this product. It turns out delicious. This is 1 of 4 different types of microbes that I am fermenting in yogurt (each separately). I'm expecting these yogurts to improve my gut health and thus, my overall health (both physical and mental).
