Not on a reel as shown in item description.
I had to wind it onto card as not on a reel as advertised. Also as in my photo attached you can see the last mtr was tied on.

Only the the white arrive and not on a roll. Kept it as I needed to finish a garment.

Good, but choice of colour would have been nice..
This is decent enough eleastic; it has good stretch in it, though my only complaint overall, is that it would have been nice if you could actually choose if you wanted the black or white elastic, rather than it being chose for you, and a 50/50 pot luck if you get the colour you wanted, if you wanted a specific colour.
