The steamer is exactly what I expected. Works great!!! I try to do it several times a week. I have noticed a difference in moisture retention on the days I use it. Gives you a glow. I am careful with it and clean it out well after each use.

Returned - arrived with cracks in the face guards. Looks similar to damage that other reviewers have had.Cannot comment on the function, but the materials do not seem overly robust and perhaps the packaging needs an upgrade.Annoyingly, purchased with a discount, that has now lapsed. So will probably look elsewhere.3 stars as I cannot assess function but fundamentally unusable for me.

I bought this facial steamer so I can do my facial spa at home. This comes with 1 facial funnel, 1 nasal funnel, 1 measuring cup and a set of pore cleansing tools.Steam is known to open pores and this little buddy does its job pretty well. Instead of putting a warm towel or going under the shower to get my 15-minute steam, this steamer gives me the convenience vs the latter method 👍 it's so simple to use. The instructions are in the manual. The big, plastic funnel is wide enough to cover the whole face but be sure to keep a proper distance to prevent burn. I normally cover my eyes when I use this - a practice I learned from my dermatologist. I use this after cleansing my face and before poking out those stubborn white and blackheads - this steamer makes the whole process easier as it really opens up the pores. The water warms up fast. It's ready to use in a few minutes like an electric kettle.With full caution and proper use, I believe it's safe to use. It has CE and Rohs certificate which means it meets the UK/EU standards.I haven't used the small funnel tho I think it works the same way, just the size is different which can be used for bad colds or flu.The price is within my budget and the quality is an A Ok! I bought this steamer, as I was suffering from very blocked sinuses after a bad dose of cold. Whenver I've had blocked sinuses in the past, I found that hanging my head over a bowl of steam always worked best, but that the water always cooled to quickly. Decongestants just leave me feeling dehydrated. I thought to try this an see whether having a device that produced constant steam would help more - worth £20 if it did.The base unit is a nice size (not too big or small) with a simple switch on the front that lets you click to low or high steam. The water reservoir is quite small, but I find that it holds plenty of water for at least a 20 minute steam (possibly a bit longer - I've done about 20 minutes and there was still a little water left).I'd say that the device takes about 3-4 minutes to warm up. While I got the device for sinuses, I have found that my favourite way to use it is to switch it to high, use the face mark and stick a towel over my head and the whole device. This way I get lots of steam retained and have the nice benefit of a steam facial too. I'd say that, with the inhalor mask, the high setting may be too hot for a long steam, although I only tested with the inhalor mask for a few minutes. If you are not using a towel and the steam gets a bit too hot, you can just simply move your face away from the steamer a small bit.While I didn't buy this for the facial element, I do notice that my skin feels lovely afterwards. My skin is in fairly good condition, but still feel that this would give good benefits with opening up the pores.There is no timer or other fancy settings on the device - but for the price I didn't expect one. If you are looking for a simple budget steamer then this might be a good option for you!

It has been only 8 months when I received this product and it has stopped working. I ordered from Amazon Sweden but I received it with UK plug and no adapter for European plugs was provided so I had to order a convertor adapter separately and I could not use it for almost first two months. The water container has rusted even after a moderate use by only one person. The LED keeps flickering and today the unit stopped working altogether. I feel I wasted my money and this product is dangerous.

Da ich recht unreine Haut habe und mir die Poren selbst ausreinige habe ich mich für eine Gesichtssauna entschieden um die Poren schön weich und geschmeidig zu bekommen. Das funktioniert hier sehr schön. Der Dampf kommt schön satt raus. Die Anwendbarkeit der Gesichtssauna ist sehr einfach , und die Reinigung ebenso. Meine empfindliche Haut fühlt sich nach der Gesichtssauna weich und überhaupt nicht gereizt an.
