Good quality for the price. Looks cute. I've only used it once but it kept milk cold for hours. Be careful when cleaning, make sure to get under the rubber ring in the lid. The sponge wand it comes with is very handy and I now use it for all my bottles and deep cups!

Keep our hot coco hot? Not warm for over 24 hours. I went to clean it the following day and the liquid was still hot I was shocked. Great purchase

It looks nice and keeps hot for 2-3 hours, after that it's not hot just warm. It takes a few tries to get the lid to close correctly, basically start the lid where you want it to end because it needs a full turn to close straight. It is fine for the money.

The most serious design flaw is that the metallic appearing surfaces are actually plastic covered with a very thin coating that (for us) began coming off creating razor sharp edges around where our hands naturally passed when putting the top on the unit. After several painful cuts that bled for some time, we tossed the unit in the trash.The second design flaw is that the lowest part of the carafe mouth is in the back above the handle, so that if you overfill the carafe boiling water tend to spill onto your hand when attaching the top or tipping the unit to carry it.The third design flaw is that the threads on the top are difficult to align properly, and can be screwed on out of alignment (increasing the chance of spilling onto your hand as noted above.The final (and minor) flaw is that the packaging says it holds 1.8 ml but it only holds 1.7 ml.When we first got the unit 6 months ago we were very pleased with the appearance, and it is easy to clean, but safety problems far outweigh appearance...

I make a pot of tea every morning for my wife in the pitcher. She returns from work late afternoon and the tea is still hot. Great product, great price.

I loved the look and feel of this, however I didn't get to use it. The rest of my order was delayed so I ended up not needing it. It is pretty and seems well made.

I loved this pot for a few months as it kept the tea hot for 10 hours! and then suddenly the tea started getting cold after 2 hours. So disappointing. I think the seal needs replacing but don't know if thats possible.
