I'm a Katherine Mansfield fan and have read other biographies. I was looking forward to this one but am disappointed. Its construction is over complicated by the attachment of her life story to various short stories of hers. the result is a disjointed time line. There is an assumption that you will be familiar with these individual stories and even as a fan, I was stretched to recall them.Disappointing
