Marcy Smith MP3100 Machine Home Gym With Weight Bench, Black, One Size

The item delivery was delayed and I had to chase the supplier, who had to chase the haulier. However the supplier provided great communication.The MP3100 was packaged well and even te made in China the quality is very good. Even more impressive was the clear instructions on how to build it. No missing parts, so it made for an uncomplicated build. I built it myself with ease, I’m only 5ft 8” and could manage the build easily.My only gripe is that there is a curl bar attachment / rest as shown in the pics, which is secured with an L shaped key with a ball bearing at the end. It needs to be bigger as it does not secure / hold the curl bar rest in place.Apart from the aforementioned I’m very pleased with the MP3100.

bought this for £299 and it is well worth the money, it allows you to train without a spotter and to a good weight. drawbacks are for home use it is very spacious, this aside it is better than your average bench.
