This came fast and was easy to set up in minutes, with clear directions and easy assembly. I have come to love the product. It is safe and reliable for my pet and very effective in keeping her in her yard. I highly recommend getting this for your pet. The collar has different sizes and holds a good charge. It makes a beeping noise before the shock collar happens. The shock is not extremely big, where it can hurt your animal. I Actually tried it out on my husband as he walked the perimeter.

Received the transmitter Saturday and the additional collars I ordered on Sunday. Got everything synced and my dogs collared. Everything was great until we had a random power surge (didn’t even reset the time on the microwave). My dogs collars started beeping and shocking them and I couldn’t get them off fast enough. My dogs are traumatized and urinated and deficated themselves while being shocked inside our home. The transmitter had cut off with the surge which triggered the collars to register that they were outside their perimeter. The product seems good but something needs to be upgraded in either the unit or the collars. The transmitter could at least have a small battery back up or the collars should have a safety feature built in that can distinguish between power loss and out of range. Between the transmitter and the one collar that comes with it and the 3 additional collars I purchased I’m out over $200 and am terrified to put it back on my dogs.

The media could not be loaded.  I have a very stubborn Aussie doodle who was rambling the neighborhood and I had the fear he would get run over or stolen. I wanted something simple to set up and not have to dig and bury wire and all that. I literally opened the package turned it on, put the collar on him with a lease and it took one shock for him to learn what those beeps mean! It has completely solved the issues I was having with my pup. As affordable as it was I was shocked at how well it performs. I approve of this product!

Had issue with it not working correctly with our area and they issued a complete refund!

100% will NOT give you 500 meters of range.Doesn't work consistently and give False alerts/shocks much beyond 200 to 250 feet.I'm fine with a Base station type dog fence but this one is NOT reliable and my Doggies house is only 300ft from the base station and the collar gives off warning beeps and escalates to shocks when trying it out down by her area. It is a great concept, much like the Petsafe product but it's just not quality or reliable. Also my doggie is a 16 lb. beagle and I've tested it myself but the closer to the ground the collar is(I have a short dog) the more the beeps and false alarms go off and escalate.Again, the concept is great but do NOT think this is for large areas as it's advertised at 500 meters.

The wireless fence holds up nicely to the weather and is sleek as well as lightweight. The concept behind this device was wonderful and for what you pay the value is amazing, but… it definitely needs tuning. The inventor should go back to the drawing board and hammer out the kinks. The distance is not correct on any of the settings and will shock your dogs. Expect at least a 50 ft difference in range as it will be shorter than what you have it set for. The collars randomly beep and almost shock if the dog turns their heads or lays down with the collar in a certain way. It will shock them if they don’t move quickly to correct their position. I don’t like that their isn’t a way to set the shock strength. If used in a push comes to serve situation I would recommend and if they work the kinks out this would be a great system. Until then there are other options for the same price that work better.

We have a 11lb mini cockapoo 1 year old and she loves to explore. She responded quickly to the collar and it was easy to set up. She within 1 day knows she can’t go outside her range and comes strait back to the house after going potty. We worried about her wondering into the wooded area close by for large coyotes and now we have no fear.

The item did not come with instructions so I watched what I thought wasa tutorial. It was a review.. it was not a good review. I didn't bother to try and figure it out because the woman in the review video stated that her dog had gotten out three times. For what we pay for our animals these days I did not want to take a chance on her getting out. In all fairness I did not even try the product
