Good steel, included bolts not great
Good assembly for hanging the punchbag. Comes with bolts and carabiner. Recommend to replace the included bolts with something more sturdy as they are not great quality. Otherwise excellent.

The bolts and screws were not good and the metal thing to help stay tight was rubbish !
The bolts and screws were not good ! Came off the brick wall after afew punches and won’t screw righty :( . Can you resend me new screws and bolts and the metal thing as the ones that came are no good and I’m frustrated and unhappy

It is of good quality and quite sturdy.One thing that should be improved is the description of the bolts. They came bigger than expected and I do not have a drill big enough for them.
