Easy way to make crispy roast duck - Delicious!
I've been using this for years and have just ordered another four packs. This the easiest way to make crispy roast duck. Just prick the skin, rub the seasoning on the skin and roast on a rack in a roasting tray at 180 degrees C for an hour an a half. Raise the heat and cook a bit longer if not crisp enough. Yes I know it's not the same as genuine Chinese Peking Roast Duck but I also know the correct way to cook that, as my friend's wife is Chinese and it takes days to prepare. This tastes just as good once it's shredded and served in pancake wrappers with spring onions, cucumber and Hoisin sauce, or my favourite, Peking Duck Sauce, which is sweeter.
