Smells different
Taste seems the same but the smell is almost sweeter than ungrounded thyme.

Thyme has a subtle earthy flavor and is a good choice for sauces, salads and other dishes. This Thyme is just what I would expect from the herb Thyme.At 1.3 pounds of the herb this will last me a very long time and I won't need to buy more for years.

This ground thyme not thyme leaves.
I purchased this product because it said it was thyme leaves. It is ground thyme and therefore not what I wanted. This item cannot be returned or replaced.

Smells and tastes fresh. Very large amount would last for a long time for home cooking.

Not what is shown in the listing
I wanted ground like in the picture on the listing however what I got was a total powder and will not work for my needs…and even though I just received it yesterday they will not let me return it. BAD listing and bad customer service.
