First thing I noticed was a rattle - this thing is easy to pop open, the circuit board inside is not screwed into the case but once you've got wires screwed in, it seems fine. Connecting a mains cable was fun - grips well but screwing it down was harder than I expected.I am using this to power a Dollatek ZK-502M amplifier that claims to be 100w output. I'm not sure if it is but my ears are both hurting after a 10 minute drum 'n' bass sound test. Felt a little bit of warmth but I'm probably not pushing it over 4 amps, so all good there.If you're competent with wiring up mains cables and all that and you're looking to drive a 24v 100w amplifier, this thing seems to be doing the job. Hopefully it keeps going!Edit: Decided to get the multimeter out after a couple of days of running. It seems to be bouncing around from 23.6v to 24v, that's fair bit of ripple voltage going on there, crazy since if you open it there are several capacitors. I might add another capacitor on the power inputs of the amp to smooth it out a bit more.

Does what it supposed to do

I wanted to use it as a spare for light, the previous one stopped working.It fitted really well and my light is now back to working condition.

Only time will tell but it does what it’s ment to.

Really easy to install it runs my 24v cob lights with easeSimple to use Just wire it up with lights and power cable and plug it in and it works. You have to use 24v lights with this for it to work.Great value

Il trasformatore fa il suo, lo uso per alimentare un led a 24v in una nicchia della doccia. Funziona perfettamente, ma emette un leggerissimo sibilo quando è attivo.
