RSVP International Endurance Stainless Steel Mixing Bowls, 6 Quart

Given three stars in "easy to clean" cateogory as it should be hand washed due to size. I do not mind handwashing it however. Otherwise, five stars all the way!

This bowl is the same quality I purchased 10 years ago for a guest house. No label problem as others mentioned, just a two small dots that came right out with dishsoap and cool water. I highly recommend this product. Its so nice to know that quality still exsists.

too thin and flimsy

Most bowl sets do not include a 6 qt bowl. I purchased a 5 bowl set and bought this in addition to round out my bowl collection. Its perfect if you do not want a heavy ceramic bowl (though ceramic is good too) and need this size for mixing and serving. I would recommend this product.

The bowl looks and feels solid but I don’t know what idiot decided to glue the label on the inside of the bowl instead of the outside. After soaking it in water, spraying it with Simple Green, spraying it with alcohol, and scrubbing it with a scouring pad, there is still a stick spot on the inside. This is really unacceptable for something that touches your food.Updated 2019-03-30: you can get the glue off with Barkeep’s Friend. Otherwise the bowls are solid and really nice. Updated the review to 4 stars because the bowls themselves are great. Just use Barkeep’s Friend to clean the glue off. Or they can move the label to the outside.

I really like this bowl. The high sides keep whatever I'm mixing off the wall . There were a lot of complaints about the sticker being difficult to remove. I peeled off as much sticker as I could, filled the bowl with hot water and let it sit. After a few minutes I scraped it of with my fingernail. No problem. Maybe they changed the glue ?

I love this bowl. I agree with the other reviewers that the glue of the manufacturer's tag is a pain to remove but the bowl is a nice weight and well worth the purchase. It shipped off to college with my bread making son.

I was given a very old Red Velvet Cake recipe that has proved to be a winner. My problem was in trying to make it--the batter ended up all over the counter and myself. I decided it was time to get a bowl that is larger than any I had, and thought this one looked good. After receiving it, I am pleased! I was afraid that once full of batter, it might prove to be too heavy for me, but the bowl seems to be of good quality while still being relatively light weight. I will be giving it the big trial tomorrow! 4 stars? Yes, I would prefer this said "Made in the USA" on the bottom instead of the too frequent China.
