As my aesthetician was using the second warmer that was sent out due to malfunction issues, she smelled burning coming from the wiring in this warmer. Both warmers were malfunctioned

Seems sturdy professional heats up quickly as long as the seal Is tight between the glass and the unit itself. FYI, Be cautious when assembling not to overtighten screws and joints.

I really like this steamer for my facials. The water holder is glass. It puts of great steam. The mag light is bright and very effective.My only complaint is that the steamer is too heavy and the wheels and base are kind of wonky. But it works great and is worth every penny.

This steamer stopped working 6 months after I bought it then the light cover fell off and broke! Do not waste your money

the assembly was easy! except the screw basically holding it up came stripped and the steamer won’t stand up on its own. Is there anywhere i can find the same screw or even fix this issue?
