I ordered this cup so I would stop spilling my coffee on my way to work. It does the job and keeps my cup warm till I’m finished with it. Loud stays on well, no spills!

I loved the color/designs on the cup but the lid is not tight and the coffee did not stay hot. It was disappointing being on vacation and not having what I expected.

Exactly what I needed to complete my coffee station! Its amazing it keeps my drinks hot for the whole day!! & when I’m feeling more of a cold brew it makes it last all day as well!! Absolutely love it its so stylish tooo! Thank you!

Was hoping it would be better. It's super cute but the lid is very very loose.

I liked it so much that I bought a second one in a different color. These cups are perfect for travel. I primarily use them to take tea on the go with me in the morning, and they do an excellent job of keeping it warm. They also hold up well, with no issues regarding leaking or dishwashing.

These fit under the Kurig w/o removing the holder is the reason for purchase. He likes his coffee hot and this does just that! Very happy with purchase!

Unless you want hot coffee all over you causing you to be late to work and re change clothes and all I should’ve known better. Other reviewers have also mentioned the exact same issue. I am not the only one the lid sucks it’s not secure they made the design of the lid so poorly it just spilled all over the place and it’s not even usable. If you want to travel mug this is not the one save your money take it somewhere else where is cop ever and I’m so sad because I really wanted it to work out. I love the color pink white blue reminds me of the trans 🏳️‍⚧️ flag lol. But not worth it. I am definitely upset with this purchase and will definitely be contacting CS

Such a cute cup. I got the purple butterfly one and it looks so cute sitting on my desk at work lol! It’s the PERFECT size too if you’re like me and can never seem to finish a drink bigger than a “small” before the end of the day lol. Keeps my drinks warm for hours too! Definitely recommend :)

The mug is a great size, and really cute, but the lid doesn’t secure very well.

The media could not be loaded.  I love the size of these 10 oz cups but the paint is terrible. Only had it a couple if days and it's seriously chipped already. I haven't done anything to cause it to be damaged. I have purchased 3 of these in total and the other two are fine so far.Update: Seller messaged me and has offered a replacement. Upped rating to 5 stars because I really do love these tumblers, may have been a defective cup. New cup recieved. Thank you.
