Great camera and after Service
This is my second camera that I have installed on our property.It works a treat, in all weather's and light settings. The app is easy to use and to download clips also.I had a couple of technical issues with setting up and they were sorted by Eric without any issue. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Since the issue has been sorted all works fine.

Great camera
Picture quality is excellent even in bad weather. App is very easy to use.

Keeps disconnecting
Constantly disconnecting and you have to unplug it from the socket to get it back online.Picture is average,and zoom is poor compared to a similar priced one I have from Hisseu.Will be returning this when I can get it back down.

Auto tracking
Picture quality & wi-fi good. Tracking very poor and unpredictable. Camera often moved for no reason and pointed to the floor which obviously wasn't moving. Company offered no relevant assistance.After posting this review I was contacted by Ctronics who apologised for the poor customer service I had received. They asked if I would be willing to accept a different model for testing and I was duly senta CTIPC 380C which although has a lower quality picture and no zoom is perfectly adequate for my purposes.Other cameras from both Ctronics and other companies have often not connected to my router due to the distance between it and the camera, however, I was immediately impressed by how quickly and reliably this model connectedAlthough not 100%, the auto tracking on this camera is as good if not better than any other I have tested
