Never have probiotics helped. These really helped with the bloating within one week

Frustrating at times trying to purchase this product. Often it’s out of stick.

I don’t know why I thought this would come in a bigger bottle, but I’m not mad. (Picture held next to my face for size reference) The product seems to be working and that’s all that matters :)I have been having some heart-health issues, so I figured I’d give these a try.Not only does it have all the necessary probiotic live cultures to be effective (you need at least 1 billion) it comes in a veggie/vegan capsule (which if you don’t know allows the product to dissolve and be absorbed into the body, unlike the vitamins you’d find at any old drug store, your body can’t break down the capsule as easily and you just pee most of it out) but it also has the added health benefits of turmeric!I have added this and a clove of garlic to my daily routine, and after a couple of weeks, I’m already starting to feel the positive effects it has on my body.Read the ingredients carefully because the capsule that keeps it all together, while vegan, and gluten free, does contain corn and rice. I love that they put it on there for anyone with those allergies.Thank you so much Mary Ruth’s! I am a very satisfied customer!

I like this supplement; it has a pleasing picture and colors, has appropriate information on the box and the label, and comes in a beautiful glass jar. I love that these are Nut-, gluten-, soy- and dairy- free, as well as containing 60 billion CFUs. The pills themselves are easy to swallow, and do not leave any residual taste in your mouth. I would prefer to take 1 pill instead of 2, but these aren't that much of an issue. The only thing that I would want the company to update is on the packaging. The probiotics listed are Lactobacillus Plantarum and Lactobacillus Paracasei, however neither of them state the specific strain that is in the bottle. It would be nice to know when comparing these to other bottles if we are actually getting the same probiotic or if there are any differences in one bottle from another.
