Big Cross Trainer
A big, sturdy machine that performs very nicely. I didn't time the assembly as I wasn't in a hurry, but it was probably somewhere between two and three hours. There are a couple of negatives: First the diagrams are small and not as clear as they could be. Anyone who is not experienced in working from diagrams and doubts their own mechanical aptitude, should seek help from someone with the necessary experience.Second the ribbon cable connector that slots into the computer is small and awkward to fit. Anyone not familiar with this type of connector could easily damage it by trying to force it in the wrong way round as there is no guidance in the manual. The cable has a red line on one edge and this needs to be lined up with the red wire in the receiving socket fitted inside the computer. Even then, care and patience are needed to make the connection. I found this a bit annoying as the other end of the cable, inside the body of the machine, is larger easy to fit.Other than these two problems it is a fairly straightforward job to put everything together, provided that you read the instruction book first and lay out and identify all the components. Pay particular attention to the pieces labeled left and right; double check as the pedal bars can be fitted upside down. The instructions for programming the computer are simple enough, but there isn't much information about how to excercise. This isn't really a problem as there is plenty of information available on the Internet.Delivery was quick and the box was carried in by two men and placed where I wanted it. If, like me, you have it placed where it is easy to unpack but are then going to assemble it somewhere else, you will need a friend to help you move it. Assembling it and then trying to move is not a good idea!I am very pleased with this machine as it works well and seems extremely robust. A lot of kit for a very reasonable price.

For the price...
For the price...this is amazing.Everything I've had at a lower price has been far too noisy, broken too quickly, or not been very stable. This is very sturdy, has a decent balance to it, and is pretty quiet. The axel does squeak a bit after a while, but that's easily fixed by re-greasing it.The magnetic resistance is great and the programs are well rounded too. The data you can track and the goals you can set via the console are also great for helping you to maintain/achieve your fitness goals. The only issue I had with it was learning to use the console. The instructions weren't very clear and some of the functions seem a bit counter intuitive. I had to just keep pressing buttons until I figured out how it all works. If it hadn't been for that I would have given it 5 stars.Overall, all round great product and an absolute bargain.

Great Machine!
Very happy with this machine, had it for 3 weeks so far and it is a great product. I use it 4 times a week and it does give a good workout. Don't worry that the stride isn't huge like the gyms because it still gives a great leg and arm workout. The settings and workout programs are really great, really easy to use. You will need two people to put this together and it takes around 2 hours to put together. If on carpet you will need something underneath the machine as it will leave a mark.

Value for money
Pleased with this purchase, lots of parts to put together but there were instructions and it was fairly straight forward to complete.Good, solid, stable machine and worth the money paid.

You get more for your money
Its extremely sturdy. Take a long while to put together though. 4 hours for one person but can be quicker with two people. But it's worth the amount you pay for. Very silent of kept on a good leveled area. Hardly makes a sound

Awful computer control
The machine seems OK, nice and quiet and like it will do the job if I could get the computer to work which I can't. The computer control is too difficult to use and the instructions are not clear in the manual. When following the instructions it does not respond as per the instructions so I now have a machine I can't control and get full use of. This has yet to be resolved by the seller so buyer beware, not sure of the value of having a good machine with a rubbish computer interface and wish I has bought something different.

Easy to use
Love this cross trainer. It wasn’t easy to put together and I’d defo recommend 2 or more people and using the video on YouTube but once up it’s easy to use.I love the programmes and it’s really quiet once using.I read the reviews before purchasing and made sure I greased every bolt when putting together.

Looks good, but a fundamental design flaw means it is unstable and therefore dangerous.
A handsome looking machine, but... the fundamental design flaw is that the front foot or bar is only 380mm wide, and the rear one is 425mm wide. However... the handles that you work at the front are 580mm wide - i.e. 200mm wider than the base... which means they have much more sideways leverage over the machine... so it wobbles... and moves. It's like dancing with a Hippo who's wearing high heels... it's "V" shaped and therefore unstable.... Shame. It's going back.
