Most comfortable yet
I'm 6' 4" with back issues. I find this chair extremely comfortable and does a great job of providing support to my lower back.

Not designed for big
The latch on the adjustable backrest is insufficient and loses position at the slightest shift. Also echoing other reviews that this doesn't work for the bigger half. Seat is to narrow and the mesh has enough give to cause chaffing. The ergonomics also cause me hip pain.

Not big and tall.
Just forewarning anyone that this is not a big and tall chair. It’s built to support 350# and non wide people. It is though a very very high quality chair. Materials are really nice and it is holding up for now. Wish it was 1 inch wider on each side.

Great chair except…
The chair is sturdy and strong but I’m very tall 196cm 6’5”.I have a long torso and this chair’s adjust sounded perfect. However, i cannot use the head rest because the back doesn’t go up far enough and the head rest is set in height with only a small adjustment. The back rest adjusts but it is about 3-4cm short of where I need to it go to be truly comfortable. The arms are similarly short 1-2 cm from where I need them to go.Otherwise it is a great chair, very well made. But I’ll probably end up returning it.

Heavy maybe, big not so much
It seems the only difference between this and the regular 743 is a higher rated gas lift. The seat is still the same width (20.5") and the armrests are as close together. If you genuinely have a wider body you should look elsewhere.
