The product will not prevent you from turning but it is okay to sleep on your side if you just have to. The product is firmer so that is does not smoosh your face, you do wake up with less wrinkes simply because of this and the shape. You can use the side bumps to even do a light stretch on your forehead as you sleep. It's not a fluffy pillow sleeping experience but I am happy with it.

This pillow is great for back sleepers but not for me. I can't train myself to sleep on my back. The pillow is too awkward for me. It also doesn't come with a pillowcase but the pillow has a zippered outer layer you can remove to clean it. The memory foam in it does feel nice though.

Who sleeps with this thing? Honestly? You have two large humps that you are supposed to sleep in between? If I wanted to lay perfectly flat, I would just lay on the floor and be more comfortable. This pillow does not make any sense to me at all. Who designed this? Why? Clearly I do not have whatever special need the designer does and this thing is not for me.

No feathers! It is really comfortable and thin. The sides are perfect head support for back sleeping. I will buy another one!

It would be perfect if the part for the head were a little thicker but it serves its purpose.

This pillow is an interesting idea, but it doesn’t work very well as it is. I found that it did help keep my head pointing upright while sleeping, but if I ever wanted to roll onto my side, I had to grab a new pillow. Also, there are no pillowcases that fit it, so it gets dirty pretty quickly.

This pillow is definitely a better quality memory foam cushion. It's made for back sleepers to keep their head in place through the night. I've found that I'm definitely a side-sleeper, so this pillow just doesn't work for me. My GF likes it, though so I gave it to her and have noticed that she uses it a few times a week. Kind of an odd shape, but you can slip a normal pillowcase over it without issue.

Unfortunately with the pillow I like the idea but not the execution. I sleep on my back and have for years. I was excited to try this pillow made just for me. I found the center part too hard and uncomfortable to the point the back of my head ached by morning. What I did like was the side rolls. They surprised me the most by making it seem like I was laying my head on someone's lap and it was very comforting. I played around with the pillow to try and make the center softer but after a week or so I gave up. If they make a softer version or even make an insert addition to the current one I will be on board. The price is ok, I have more expensive pillows and believe in spending money on quality sleep.
