Q: What are the actual large basket dimensions when open?

Main cart. 15 wide. 14 long. 18 deep Small basket. 15 wide. 5 Long 10 1/2 deep It does hold quite a bit and easy to assemble..only need to put wheels on. Seems sturdy and I use it for hauling stuff to and from garage to house.

Q: How do you assemble the tri-wheels? Ours came with no instructions and we can’t figure out how to lock them in.

Push the wheels on the axle and then there's a metal clip that pushes down outside the wheels to keep them in place

Q: How much weight can basket hold

The product description says 66 pounds. But, to be honest, I wouldn't go more than 50 pounds.
