These are NOT Ceramic, they are steel, possibly coated with a very thin coat of Ceramic, at under £10 when I purchased them they represent decent value as they seem quite sharp, they are now over £30, they are not remotely worth that.

Only made for show when you use them they fall to pieces. That photo shows a knife used once.The small one the tip fell off.

I coltelli sono molto validi per l'uso destinato,le fodere funzionali; non viene bebe spiegato l'aspetto esteriore delle lame che sembrano di metallo, non hanno l'aspetto bianco della ceramica.Credo che siano ricoperti di un velo di materiale metallico, ma questo non è spiegato da nessuna parte, e suggerisce dubbi.
