Great dupe
The packaging is a little deceiving. It does say that it's a rotary blade. it's a great dupe for a cricut brand tool. It fits in the housing great. Works just as well as the name brand one.

Labeling error but still nice
The label on this item said rotary blade. It is not, but still a quality tool for the Cricut maker. No problem using it either.

Packaging shown in ad and on what you receive both say “Rotary Blade” not Engraving Tip/Tool.
This Engraving Tip and QuickSwap Housing for Cricut Maker by KIEZCAIT works as well as the Cricut name-brand tool. It is however, mislabeled as the Rotary Cutting tool which is used for fabric, not for engraving purposes. The mislabeling also shows in the photos with their ad. The tool that I received was an engraving tool with quick swap housing just as the heading of the ad states. I tried out my engraving tool with acrylic ornament blanks and I was very happy with the results.

Fits the Cricut Maker
I purchased this for myself and I guess I didn't read the description well enough because I have an Explore Air and this is for the Cricut Maker. I gave this to my granddaughter for her Maker and she says it fits correctly in her machine but she hasn't had the material to engrave on for her to try it yet. She was very excited though!

Works well!
I got this engraving took for my Cricut maker. It fit in the machine well and did a decent job engraving acrylic pieces of plastic. Holding it side by side with a original cricut tool i couldn't really tell much of difference in quality between the tools. The cricut engraving tool maybe had a slightly better finish. Overall though at about half the cost of a cricut original took i think this a decent value.
