Delicious
These cookies are two pieces of shortbread with jam in between. Very tasty, but not as pure as Scottish shortbread, which only has flour, sugar, butter and salt. There are some chemical ingredients in these English cookies, but not as many as in American products.

So Delicious!
I'm American and I just love British TV. While watching the shows I've heard over and over again about these yummy biscuits. So I took the plunge and boy are they worth it! The cookies came smashed up but they were still delicious!

Smashed and crumbs.
Disappointed cause it really tastes good. Not too sweet, just how I like my snacks.Came in an Amazon envelope so the cookies were all smashed and a whole Lotta crumbs.

Americans won't like it!
Are you an American who was curious to try these because Matt Smith mentions them in Doctor Who? If so, please don't buy them, you won't like them! The raspberry filling is pretty good and has a nice flavor. However, you can't really bite into these because they crumble into dust as soon as you try, and it makes a mess down your front. But you also can't eat them in one bite, they are too big and you will end up choking on the grainy biscuit part. Also no, English biscuits are not like American cookies. American cookies have a lot of added fat in them to make them soft. These don't have added fat, which is good, except instead they have a grainy texture that turns to powder in the mouth. I believe these are meant to be served with tea, to warm up the filling and help swallow the dry biscuit. The flavor isn't too bad, but they aren't super sweet if you're looking for a cookie (just make thumbprint cookies instead). The texture was a turn off, I felt like I was choking. Fast delivery and there was a large sticker with the expiration date, so I didn't have to worry about that. They are a good value for money for just trying them. I'm glad that I satisfied my curiosity, but I will not be buying these again.

Crumbled Disappointment
While the handful of biscuits that survived transit intact were enjoyable, the lack of protective packaging meant that the majority arrived as nothing more than crumbs. This significantly diminished the overall experience, as most of the cookies were reduced to a crumbled state upon arrival.

Handle with care required.
Shipping & delivery time was plenty fast, but what arrived was an unopened package of mashed up crumbs rather than cookies/biscuits. Tastes just fine but had been crushed under something at some point.
