I absolutely love these insoles, I've had many different ones over the years because I've had problems with my knees and I was advised to look at getting some to lift my heels as I walk a lot on my toes and I tried these in a pair of doc martens and they were amazing. They have enough bounce they support the ball of my foot, the different heights mean I now have different ones in different shoes, they are really comfortable to walk in and I don't feel the need to tip toe anymore. I do find cutting them to a size bigger than I need helps them to fit my shoes better. They are more expensive than some out there but unlike others these do actually seem to give lift and they last.

These insoles appear to be just as described. Time will tell if theyare durable and comfortable. They are firmer than I expected.Additional height increments would be welcome eg 2cm.A description of the thickness of the forefoot would be useful.

I have tendinitis of my Achilles tendon and these help it no end. Very well made and fits my shoe perfectly. I will be ordering more, highly recommended.

Maybe it's Okay for some people, but it didn't work for me.It reduces the space between your foot and the top of the shoe, causing severe pain in the joints of your toes after prolonged use.Perhaps it would be better to buy the heels variant. In my case, I have a pelvic imbalance, so I wanted to buy this to balance my shoulders, to be able to walk for long periods of time without pain.

Good quality and comfortable. I bought the 3/7 thinking it would be perfect size and that I would not have to cut it (as I am a size 7) . It was a good cm short and I could feel the end under my toe. I needed the 7/10 to get a good fit.
