Orbit 67745 Dual Shut-Off Hose Y

What I think is most important to know is that the whole thing turns to tighten onto the hose bib. Not good for me. I wanted an adaptor that tightens with a swivel type connector for the hose bib. When I tighten this one it is parallel to the ground. I wanted it to go right and left so my hoses connect on both sides not up and down. Did not bother to send back but thought I would warn others should they need this feature. The appearance in the picture seems to indicate it would turn but it does not.

I've been using this constantly since purchase almost 2 months ago for the water supply hookup to my RV (so water pressure is always on), and so far it hasn't leaked at all and has been excellent. Operates just as it's supposed to at a great price!

The standard to judge this fitting, or any fitting, is does it leak. This was installed on a laundry outlet to run 2 lines. It installed easily, did not leak, and the valve shutoffs also do not leak. It is plastic, so if you go crazy and crank it down with a wrench it will crack as some reviewers have noted. However, it does not require that type of tightening. If it does your faucet likely has an issue, not the fitting.

I had bought this for our garden and when we put the hose in it broke. It was very weak. We were very disappointed. We did not even bother to return it since it would be too much work for it. I do not recommend this.

These are made of pretty cheap plastic and they broke while I was installing it, even though I didn't put that much force on it. I returned these immediately, but I can't imagine they will last very long. Also, it is one solid piece so you need to turn the whole thing to tighten it. So it might end up facing in a direction you don't want it.

See the picture and video.It was installed on the north side of my house (completely hidden from the direct sunlight) and still cracked.You can make your own conclusion of whether it is worth buying it or not.

Exactly what I needed to hookup my hose but still have option to use the spicket. The “add-on” price was awesome! Bought 2 and use on both my outside faucets.

These have worked great and it is saves me so much time when I am trying to water the garden, keep the chicken cool as well as watering the other plants and flowers all at the same time. I purchased a second one soon after the first one came in
