This is a great lightweight easy to use retractable ladder. I use this on a daily basis going in and out of customer's houses. After almost 2 years this ladder is still holding up strong and working great. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a ladder to store in small places and get up into high places.

Easy to use. Lightweight. Build well!!!

I used to access back side of raised outdoor deck rails for painting. I was able to secure the top of ladder with bungy cords from deck which allowed me to feel safe standing on ladder to paint. Top of ladder being flat and base legs not sticking into the ground does not have much extra safety for ladder slipping. Overall weight and ease of use worked for me.

Really love this. Ordering another one for the farm would be able to put in side by side. Use the first one a lot, gutter cleaning, painting and easy transportation from areas. A little flimsy fully extended not bad though. As stated will get another one.

Great quality especially for the cost. So easy to move. Very safe to use.

I loved this so much that I bought 2 and gave 1 to my mother in law who likes things to be small, compact, and tidy. In all fairness it was a little heavy for the old lady, but she always has help and she is very glad to have this and so am I. It stands stable, but i would recommend to have someone with you as ome would do with every other ladder, very functional, design is pretty chic.

The telescoping function and compact form is a great idea. However, after the 4th use, the lowest section no longer retracts all the way. I have tried wiggling it, and extending then manually retracting all rungs. It feels like there is a stopper in the leg that the first section is hitting, preventing it from dropping down as it should. The ladder has been indoors the entire time (purchased for indoor use) and there is no dirt stuck between the sections. I do not feel safe using this ladder now so it has been a complete waste of money.Also, when extended, the ladder is very flexible, making climbing up only ~8' feel increasingly tenuous the further up you go.

Does it exactly what I needed it to do, nice and portable to be used for my RV/Camper.

Received the ladder. Very happy with the versatility of it. However when we opened the package there was a large dent on the top rung of the ladder. The original packaging was not damaged in any way and the outer packaging from Amazon was not damaged in any way. Considering the amount of money the ladder cost was disappointed to see damage from the original manufacturer.

Easy to use, very practical. Not very steady and bends when someone is on it.

Great to get on top of trailers or stringing tarps hen camping. Compact and sturdy.
