Attractive
I love this fruit bowl! It looks so smart sitting on my counter, much better that a utility colander. The air is able to circulate around the fruit keeping the fruit fresher longer.

Cute bowls -- practical for smaller amounts of fruit
These are as advertised -- including their sizes. I didn't pay a ton of attention to that aspect, I just thought they looked like an upgrade over the bowls and baskets we already use for fruit. Well, the fact is if you eat fresh fruit, then these are probably too small to be practical. The larger bowl can maybe hold 5-6 medium-sized apples. The smaller bowl can't even hold a whole bunch of grapes. So while I do not feel right knocking down stars since the dimensions are clearly stated and the pictures in the description show only a few pieces of fruit fitting inside, I still question the utility of these. They do look nice and they seem sturdy enough -- they just seem like they are more for decorating with a little bit of fruit than holding a practical amount of a few days worth of fruit. Anyway, don't be like me -- reference the advertised size and look at the helpful to-scale pictures and decide whether they would be be big enough for you.

Super cute bowls
These bowls are super cute and hold things like apples and oranges perfectly. The big one is a dupe of the SIN brand - the little one I got, I'm not so sure. Interestingly enough I think the glaze on the big one is pretty matte or eggshell but the little one is closer to satiny or glossy. Visually they look to be the same finish, the difference is when you run your fingernails across it. I didn't get an unpleasant nails on a chalkboard feeling or anything.
