excellent
I am not able to enjoy yard work as much as i used to because of health. And starting and stopping a gas lawnmower was not possible. This mower is quiet and no gas oil fumes. no maintainance besides maybe blade sharpening or replacement. The dual batteries charge in 40 to 60 minutes and run long enough to cut half acre or more. And the mower can be lifted with one hand and stores upright. Very solly built and steel mower deck. Same price as an equivalent high power lawn mower. Batteries can be used with same voltage as other greenworks equipment that you can buy without battery lowering the price.

Less than six months old and has one unchargable battery
Tried multiple time to get a hold of customer service put you on hold forever. The chat on their website is the same thing. No response. Now I gotta buy a $166.00 battery just so I can use the machine for the 5th time.

Nice mower
Electric power is great; it's very quiet and the battery live is very good. I'll be curious to see how long their life is because replacements are around $200 each. The rear wheel drive takes getting used to and it does take a few seconds to stop and unlock if you need to change direction or back-up. It is a little heavy with the two large batteries', so the power drive is really helpful (necessary). The other nice features are fold up handle which allows for it to stand on end for compact storage and moves on two wheels like a hand cart; the height adjustment is one handle for all four wheels simultaneously-very cool! Batteries charge quickly (1-2 hrs. depending on how drained they are) but the dual charger has a somewhat loud fan noise, but it does stop by itself when fully charged. Overall, very pleased with this medium duty mower. I wouldn't recommend for heavy lawn growth; this is not as powerful as a gas mower so don't let the grass get too long. I had to make two passes over the septic tank; however, you can adjust the drive speed on the fly so you can slow the roll on a heavy patch, also very cool!

Poor Quality and Worse Customer Service
I purchased this mower as well as several other yard tools recently. The mower sent did not work, it wouldnt start. They did send me a second mower which did start but the self propelled feature didnt work. They then sent me a third unit that worked intermittently. They then refused any further help other than instructing me to find a lawn mower shop myself. Unfortunately they declined to ship any of them speedily and then said I was out of my return window due to the almost 4 weeks of shipping times. I had the mower in hand for approximately 5 days. They refused to do anything further to stand behind the product. After BBB involvement they offered a gift card for their website for the value of the mower only. However they canceled the gift card before I could use it. They refused to pick up the faulty mowers and I had to pay to have them disposed of. Their other products work only intermittently and the battery life drains much faster than claimed. Very poor company with serious quality issue while refusing to stand behind their own promises and products. I would not recommend this company or products, there are better quality battery powered lawn equipment from companies that value their customers.

wow, what a transmission.
have had mine almost 3 years now. live in florida so grass cutting is pretty much a year round thing. i didn't expect it to be as powerful as my 7 hp gas more and it isn't. but pretty darn close. the transmission is nothing short of amazing. i have never had a mower with that solid of a transmission. it goes up hills with no effort at all. if i had a complaint, and i don't, it would be that you are discouraged from hosing it off. that would be a huge time saver and a lot less time bent down scraping. at 78, the getting down isn't hard, it is the getting up. 5 star rating for sure

The Best Greenworks Has To Offer
This Greenworks 25" 60v self-propelled lawnmower is, in my opinion, their best to date. When someone stole my previous 60v a few weeks ago, I knew I wanted to go back to Greenworks, because even the old one was still going strong despite never changing the blade in the past 5 years (the thief got a good one 😢). This one is slightly larger and touts two blades, though I don't think the duality is necessarily a buying point. It's pretty quiet as electric mowers go. It seems pretty durable - I'm not concerned about it breaking down any time soon.It came with two 4.0ah batteries that charged within a couple of hours. Obviously that means no gas and no gasoline smell. No maintenance of any kind aside from replacing or sharpening the blades.Mostly I'm just glad to have the torque needed to get through slightly thicker grass, and while it did get choked up here and there, it seemed to be mostly due to the grass being wet in those areas. The self propelling feature works very well, but do be aware that it will drain the battery very quickly.

Good mower for no dense grass lawn
I have been using this mower for few months and here is my pros and cons.Pros:I like the 25'' wide bladesbattery life over 1 hourEasy to operateCons: It keeps stopping when I mow over some dense grass or wet grass. I need to clean the grass build up before I can run it again. It leaves some grass stems uncut in few places, so I have to mow twice over some areas to make a clean cut.the handle is high and you cannot adjust it, so if you have some trees with low branches, it is not easy to mow under them.
