Works well!
We are happy with this antenna and it is working fine for our downstairs tv. A couple of reasons I gave it only 4 stars is because the coax cable it comes with is flimsy (but still works) and black which stands out on the wall. White would have been a lot better and more sutble. The price for this antenna was a lot more than another we bought which works great too, but I like the thin design and ease of installation. We ended up not needing the amplifier portion. We're keeping it since it's working well. Should have been cheaper. We used our own push pins to attach it to the dry wall. The ones that come with it are worthless. Other than that, it's a good antenna for our area.

Didn't notice a difference from the cheaper models
Its a digital antenna. Used a few different ones and opted to try the more expensive one. No difference.

Solid little antenna
It's hard to rate something like this because a portion of the capability of this antenna really depends on where it's installed and the angles to signals you can receive from your house. In our house, the antenna is near a back window and facing east. From that vantage point, it seems to be able to pick up all of our local channels. Most with excellent picture quality, a few a little choppy (though it is hard to know if that is a shortcoming of the antenna or really the signal quality of the channel). Overall, we pick up over 30 channels with this antenna and it's thin, light, and easy to install. If you are looking to cut the cord, this is worth the purchase.

It doesn't get as many channels as any other indoor HD antenna I have used.
Didn't seem to have as bright a picture as the other antenna did, and did not get as many channels that came in as the other antenna.

Significant improvement over generic flat antenna
Bought a cheap antenna a few years ago for about $20 and this model is significantly better and is providing clear broadcast quality that I did not receive with my prior antenna. The cable provided with this model is significantly thicker and the hanging options are great as well. Highly recommend to anybody who doesn’t want to pay for cable but still wants access to free HD television, such as NFL football games blacked out on Sunday Ticket due to local broadcast restrictions, as well as the ever growing market of OTA sports broadcasts, led by two of my favorite teams the Arizona Coyotes, and Phoenix Suns. Can be paired with a set top box such as the Homeworx to allow DVR functionality.

I was surprised that it worked so well!
I bought this with the thought that I might just return it because I did not expect it to work any better than any other flat antenna. I was wrong. Relatively easy to set up--don't expect it to be magic, you are going to have to find a good location and that may require time. My main issue is that ABC and PBS operate VHF in my area, and have never got ABC and getting PBS required constantly moving the antenna around. I was able to get all local channels including those with good pictures with the antenna in the window--but the cable included is not long enough for permanent installation in that location. PBS was still hard to get, and it has to be on the outside wall or window. When I found a wall location--other stations disappeared, so if you have issues, using the window (somehow) may be the solution. Plus, although you can use the antenna on the white side to make it look a little better--the cable is black. So, did need to buy another longer cable (white) and will have to secure it to the walls and ceiling over to the window. But this works much better than my old antenna. The other issue is the adhesive strip--it stays on the wall I have it on temporarily, but keeps falling, so will just find another way to mount it. Maybe it will work better on a window, but it is just an adhesive strip and the antenna does not actually sit flat on the wall due to the attachment at the bottom. So be prepared for some issues when setting it up, but the antenna itself is great and will not be returning it.

Be aware of the amplifier....
I have a Winegard antenna, but it's a little glitchy at times, so I did some reading on the various indoor antennas, and the ClearStream Flex received positive notices. So, after ordering and installing it on my Samsung TV, I was left unimpressed. The signal kept pixilating or did not come in at all, even though I was moving the antenna to different locations. I live in downtown Vancouver, and routinely get 8 local stations that come in reasonably consistently, even though I live on the first floor of an apartment in the West End with hundreds of apartment towers around me. I was very disappointed that this antenna wasn't living up to its reputation. I put it away, put up the Winegard and stewed a bit. A week later I recalled reading that having an amplifier hooked up might be causing the signal disruption. I hooked it up again - this time without plugging in the amp - and presto! Clear, perfect picture with no loss of a broken signal. It easily picked up all available stations. This antenna, unlike many others, is a much sturdier build, with a good detachable cable in case extra length is required or a better quality cable is needed.Lesson learned; an amplifier can impede signals when towers are close for some antennas like this one. I am very pleased with it and the cost is justified. I recommend this without hesitation.

Fraude et de pauvre qualité.
Cet antenne disjpendieuse ne fonctionne pas mieux qu'un fils de fer pour capter des canaux. Malgré que la politique de retour indique : retour et remboursement possible. Il n'en n'est rien. Fraude !
