Lightweigth, comfortable and keeps you cool. I would give it a 5 Star rating, except it has two design flaws. One, there are no drawstrings to cinch the pants tight at the waist. Two, there are no belt loops in the front of the pants near the zipper. The nearest belt loops sit in front at about hip distances, so you cannot use a belt to get a tight hold on the pants as the material will fold up and drop below the belt line. This means the blet will sit against your skin or tucked in shirt.

Lightweight, fit exactly as described. Good for hot weather. Really like all the zip pockets.

Fabric and colors excellent. I bought 3 and am enjoying immensely. Definitely a very good product.

I like the pants very much after ordering and returning four previous different models. I gave only 4 starts because it cannot be ironed while it is very wrinkled. Maybe after washing and drying it will look better.

Bought these pants and a different brand, Unionbay Rainier, to compare the two. I'm sending these back. These pants are probably great for the stated description of Hiking, however I'm not going hiking. I was looking for pants with extra pockets, which these have, but didn't need the extra roominess in the legs. These are very wide legged pants. I'm sure that this is essential when hiking, however I'm just going to be doing some city walking, touring Manhattan by foot. The material feels like it doubles as tent or parachute material, super thin, and I could probably get doused and these would most likely dry in no time. The picture of the model wearing the pants is somewhat deceptive because they don't fit like what is shown. I felt like I was wearing a parachute. If you're hiking and are looking for super light pants, this is the way to go. If you're looking for a pair of daily wear slacks with extra pockets I'd look somewhere else.

I have water resistant pants for work for cold weather.. they are way too warm for hot weather.. these are perfect .. ridiculously light weight.. when water does hit it thin enough to feel the moisture but you're not wet.. and it evaporates even when humid.. I bought more..

I bought these because I needed to save weight. Mission accomplished. They're light yet sturdy and they've got enough pockets. I wouldn't say they're either hot or cold. They fit true to size. The only drawbacks I can see are that the fly zipper is a little short and the front pockets could be a little deeper.
