I wasn't sure if I should get the medium or large. Although it had the measurements listed to go by, I was still unsure because of previous experiences with waiat trainers from other vendors. I decided to go with the medium since my measurements fell within that range. I was so happy that it fit! I love that it zips after hooking and there's a hook at the top to hold the zipper on place. I worked out with it on today and it stayed in place the entire time! It seems very sturdy and well made. I'm 5'1" and weight 134lbs, for reference.

This waist trainer is decent, especially for the price. I’m using it for postpartum and workouts… I do have a bit of a short torso but this waist trainer seems ridiculously long. It pushes on my breasts and goes all the way down to my butt crack, well over my hips. This causes it to bunch up all the time and look disfigured. It also makes it fairly uncomfortable.

The media could not be loaded. only thing i dont like is the length but this was the longest appearing one i could find within my budget. the sweat feature seems to work. I got a large( 205 btw for reference ) and it fits perfectly which is good to loose size with. i only walked with it on but it didn’t ride up or anything and wearing it throughout the day is fine too.

When it arrived I thought it wouldn’t fit and that if it did, it’d be very uncomfortable. So untrue. The fabric is soft and stretchy. I was able to get it on and surprisingly, it was extremely comfortable. I wore it around the house to do chores and stuff and loved it.I think it even snatched me more than the more waist trainers, minus the discomfort. Buy it, you won’t regret it.

According to the measurements, I should have been a medium, so that is what I originally ordered. I wore it three times each time I had to move up in the clasp because it got looser and looser and I was able to make it tighter. so I returned it and got a small and now here we are again, it hasn’t even been a week and I’m already on the smallest setting with room to spare and no I have not lost any weight, not even water weight, I keep track of my calories and macros very consistently and I’m at a maintenance right now. I was really hoping this was gonna be a good product to try to burn extra fat in my midsection, but not only with those issues it is also way WAYY too long on me and pushes up on my chest and down on my thighs granted I am only 5 foot tall. And as you can see in the picture I was super bloated the one day and still made it to the smallest setting!

I absolutely love this product! It is true to size. Fits exactly as it should! Super comfortable and has amazing support! When I am too small for this size (I have a large) I will keep buying this product! Absolutely love it! I wear it every single day!
