Excellent
Bought 50 of these for a family gathering, we were really impressed. They are a firm plate and didn’t weaken worth the weight of food on them.Would definitely get these again, they were ideal for couple of sandwiches and slice of cake.

Small but sturdy.
The media could not be loaded. We always use paper plates for barbecues - saves on the washing up - but I do worry about their eco-friendliness. These plates are small and sturdy - I like that they're square, almost like dishes and they feel much more substantial than my usual paper plates, and they're made from sugarcane fibre - a waste product from sugar production. Great. They're biodegradable and compostable - I don't know how long they take to biodegrade so that remains to be seen. They're sturdy enough that you can use them to cut food on and they don't go floppy like some, thinner, paper plates. All good.At £12.99 for 50 (as at 12 August 2023) they're a lot more expensive than standard paper plates, but they're so much better, and I'm prepared to pay a premium for that. Pleased to have them.

Very strong and durable
These plates are a good size for general parties. They're plain white and very good quality, no issues with holding damp food or cake. It's great that they are compostable, and this benefit doesn't impact the quality or use of them. Great item.

Perfect for small sandwiches
When I got these paper plates and opened them I was surprised by how smaller they looked in person than in the promo pictures, but this is entirely down to me and not looking at the dimensions and tempering my expectations. These plates are designed for small snacks, a roll or a slice of bread will fill the plate. They are rigid so there’s no melting or distortion when putting anything heavy on them, and even when they are being used for hot food, they keep their shape really well.I’ve not used them to heat food up in the microwave, as the product details claim you can do, but they do feel strong enough to keep their shape for a few minutes in the microwave oven. For when you need a small plate to be used outside these are ideal. And they have a no-guilt ending as they are compostable so no unnecessary waste when you’re finally done wih them. I have also been able to re-use some of them after giving them a quick clean (although they weren’t that messed up before doing so and only held sandwiches).

Good plates but expensive - bigger packs are more economical
These plates are much better than a standard paper plate. I ordered the pack of 50 6-inch ones and they arrived in perfect condition. Each plate has a lip around the edge that is very strong so could be used for a chilli or food with some sauce without dripping off the edge. I also like the fact that they are square, which makes them a bit different and makes a table display neater. They could be used a few times during a BBQ - they don't go soggy with ketchup nor do they collapse in the middle as soon as you put food on - they are really sturdy and very durable.I got the pack of 50 for £12.99 which makes them too expensive for me at about 26p per plate - go for the bigger pack of 100 at 18.99 and it brings it down to 19p a plate which is a much better price.
