Make sure you order the correct item. I added the included paperwork in my review. Initially I wanted a set with a lock but ended up using the LL8573 for an internal passageway door handle replacement. The satin nickle finish feels good and didn't have any apparent flaking. If you're looking for a passageway with the satin nickle finish, this could be a solid commercial grade option. With that said, it is heavy duty and might not be the best choice for a lightweight internal door. For it's purpose and design, this is a nice door handle.

We were looking for a heavy-duty locking commercial door knob. This door knob fits the bill. Installation was simple, and it functions as it should. I have no doubt this rugged door knob will hold up well over time.

I tried a different brand of lock for our Church rooms, but they felt week and loose. it was a grade 2 commercial lock. So, I tried the LO-LOCK Grade 2 lock with clutch lever handle. not many reviews but all 5 stares. I bought 2 of them and tried them out. They felt very strong compared to the other lock I bought. The clutch handle is what sold me on them. When it is locked you can't force the handle to open the door. The clutch makes the handle free turning up and down. This is a safety and security factor for us. I liked it so much I bought 7 more of the same lock. Everyone here at Church likes them too. They look and feel sturdy. If I need more locks, I will look to LO-LOCK Hardware before I look anywhere Alce.

The latch on these door knobs (length from edge of door to center of door knob hole) is too long for a standard placed knob. It took longer than 30 days to get to that point of the project where I could see this issue with the new doors that were delivered pre-bored. I missed the return window by 3 days. Now I’m out over $300 for three. This product is also a bit over engineered for what it is.

This is a well built lock set with a fire code rating. I had to return this as it did not fit my new residential fire code door without a redrill of the handle mechanism. I didn’t realize the commercial size has a larger hole. My fault I had to return.

This is a heavy duty handle, just like I was looking for. Installation was easy.
