This is a great way to sweat and lose some water weight to make weight so he qualifies to play his sport. I don't like the stringent weight requirements to the sport, but we are only talking about 1-3 pounds for a short period of time.

I use this for every workout. I’m drenched after every workout and wish I had this when I first started working out. It runs a tad big but I say that cause I like it snug on my body. Love it!!!

It works great. I had it for about 6 months and still in good condition. My only complaint is the smell, make sure you hand wash it regularly. Other than that is great.

I use this under my work shirts and it definitely gets you sweating a little extra!! If you get the proper size it fits very comfortably! For the price it’s definitely worth it !! I bought 2 of them!!

The Sauna Shirt I bought is uncomfortable and the material feels unpleasant. It doesn't breathe well and restricts movement during workouts. Overall, I'm not satisfied with it.

I do not recommend buying the same size as you would regularly use, they run very tight, I recommend you buy one size larger.
