The bottle is fine, but when we got it the handle had been knocked out of the hole, so it didn’t work properly. The handle was stuck. We didn’t want to go through the hassle of retuning it. We had to used several different tools to get it back in the hole so it could work, and now it’s chipped pretty badly. Kind of annoying for a brand new water bottle that was so expensive.
