Excellent tea
This stuff really is a miracle!! After a hour or so after drinking, the symptoms almost disappear I recommend 2 tea bags in a cup.. normally twice a day.

Place 1-2 teabags in a cup, pour 150 ml of boiling water and cover. Leave for 10-15 min to infuse, till the best features of the herbs are revealed, then strain off. It is recommended to drink the tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
