It is just what it says on the pack
It is exactly what it says on the pack and the quality appears to be excellent. It tastes right when you brew it up and whether or not it is a cure for headache I drank a cup and mine went away. I have bought various loose teas from this supplier and they have all been excellent quality, certainly not the experience of some who have complained about the quality.
