Mounted the gauge on a vw bug for the oil pressure. I like it because I can read it. Nice and clear to read.

These are very well made pressure gauges.

Checked it against another analog gauge and they both seem to register the same pressure so seems precise and accurate as compared to my old gauge.8/10 I would recommend it. I hope this review is helpful.

Installed this on my PVC beanbag launcher (basically a spud gun, but shoots beanbags) to measure how much air pressure is in the gum.Since the beanbag launcher is carried around, the glycerin in the gauge helps protect the gauge from jolts when it gets picked up / sat down.

Be sure you need an oil filled gauge before buying. The vent hole must be opened for the gauge to work correctly. The hole is at the top of the gauge. Thus, it must be mounted roughly vertically or it will lose oil. Also, there is an air bubble at the top which may or may not annoy you when reading the gauge. Again, make sure the measuring environment requires oil filled.

The first one that came was used, had no pointers on the dial, no roll of pneumatic tape, and threads that were poorly taped by someone else. I sent it back for and exchange and received one that seemed new but it still didn't have the pointers on the dial, which is the reason I bought this particular gauge to begin with. I decided just to keep this one as a spare as its just not worth it to return again. Buyer beware.
